Designed by acclaimed architect Jorge Herrera, The Cove is an exclusive beachfront community in the heart of Tangolunda, where contemporary coastal architecture, uninterrupted Pacific views, and exceptional privacy create one of Huatulco's most coveted places to stay. Just steps from three calm swimming coves, it offers a peaceful setting that feels worlds away while remaining minutes from restaurants, golf, and town.
■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
• Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
• Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
• Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
• Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

• How far is the beach? The Cove offers direct walking access to three secluded beach coves, all just a short stroll from the residences. Their calm waters are ideal for swimming, snorkelling, and paddleboarding.
• Do I need a rental car? Not at all. Taxis are affordable, readily available throughout Huatulco, and can easily be arranged through our Concierge Team, making it simple to explore beaches, restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions.
• Are there restaurants nearby? Yes. Several resort restaurants are within walking distance, while additional dining options throughout Tangolunda and La Crucecita are only a short taxi ride away.
