Your perfect Tucson retreat! This freshly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6 and is just steps from the University of Arizona. Enjoy a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi-7, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard with a BBQ. Ideal for campus visits, the Gem Show, or exploring the city. Walk to nightlife and restaurants or hop on the nearby streetcar to go downtown. Free parking included.

The space
Step into a bright, modern, and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding with a Smart TV, while a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three private bedrooms. Two modern bathrooms feature refreshing walk-in showers. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning and heating.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

Molly’s place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway! There were 3 of us and each had our own room. Plenty of space to relax and lots of charm to the house. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. We didn’t have time to use the backyard but it was ideal! Lots of grass space and seating area if you have the time! Lastly, location was excellent. Walking distance to University and the campus so if you’re coming for basketball or football games, this is the greatest location you can get. We hope to get out again soon and will definitely stay at Molly’s again!

Absolutely perfect stay. Clean and well stocked. The back yard is perfect. Beds were so comfy. Quiet area. Walkable to the campus or the light rail. Literally zero complaints.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this VRBO. The owner was very responsive and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The location was perfect - close to the University of Arizona and within easy walking distance.The house was exactly as described online and was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed. The AC worked great and easily kept up with the Arizona heat. The flexible check-in process was especially appreciated, as the owner accommodated our travel arrangements and was willing to assist with any additional needs during our stay.A comfortable, convenient, and well-managed property - we would definitely stay here again.

Just so you know, there is an attached unit on the other side of the house that is currently undergoing renovation. When it’s ready, it will be a one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, laundry, family room etc. This unit will be available for rent alone or in combination with the three bedroom side if you need more space for your family and friends. The house was absolutely wonderful. Everything very nice, things labeled. Very comfortable beds. The backyard was great, corn hole boards. Very close to campus (easy walk). Wonderful - will plan on staying again when Tucson.
