Guest Access:

Guests will have full access and use of the apartment 24 hours a day. You are welcome to come and go as you like using the electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!



You’ll also have access to your own parking space for one vehicle, access to streaming apps, a fully stocked coffee station and a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and complimentary washing powder. A toyota 4runner is the largest vehicle that can fit in the space. Any larger and you must find a spot on the street as you will be blocking the alley.



The Neighborhood:

Stay right in the heart of this gorgeous beach town and spend your days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, see locals hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and stroll through the many surf shops, taco stands and unique local boutiques.



You’ll be right in the heart of it all on Newport Ave just steps from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants and bars and only a 7 minute walk from the beautiful pier and beach so you can leave your car parked and walk everywhere. Stock up on fresh produce at the Farmers Market held every Wednesday or try to catch your own lunch with free fishing right off the pier.



Whether you’re spending your days relaxing on the beach, visiting the aquatic attractions like SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, this top central location will not disappoint.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with the one free parking space in the alley. A toyota 4runner is the largest vehicle that can fit in the space. Any larger and you must find a spot on the street as you will be blocking the alley. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles. Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment! You’ll have everything you need including bath towels, a hairdryer, an iron, hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. If you need any additional items during your stay, please feel free to reach out! Please note that with such a great central location to the Airport, you may hear planes overhead at different times of the day. The unit is accessed on the alley side of the street only. There is no direct access to the unit from Newport Ave. That does mean you have to go into the alley to access the unit.
