The space
This is a single floor 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Each guest (up to 6 adults or 8 with kids) will be provided with fresh set of bath and hand towels. To help you settle in, we provide a one-time starter kit of toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash). In the bathroom, you will also find full-sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available for your entire stay.

Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a full family feast, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need. To get you started, we’ve stocked the pantry with a selection of complimentary spices.

When it’s time to eat, enjoy your meal at the dining table with seating for six. For your convenience, we provide both elegant reusable dinnerware and high-quality disposables for those times when you’d rather skip the dishes!

Need to stay productive? The finished basement features a private home office equipped with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. This quiet, tucked-away retreat also includes a Queen-size floor mattress, making it an ideal secondary sleeping area for children or extra guests who appreciate a peaceful space away from the main floor’s activity.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire house and yard except the garage. The driveway has ample space for comfortably parking up-to 4 vehicles. Guest also have free access to a Level 2 Universal EV Charger for overnight charging. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These are located overlooking the driveway, the main front entrance, the deck/backyard and along both sides of the home. There are no cameras inside the house or in private living spaces.
