The Space:

Welcome to your Diet Coke–themed getaway, where comfort meets personality and everything feels crisp, cozy, and refreshing. This two-story townhouse was designed to feel like home, with fun details and easy living in mind. We focus on cleanliness, convenience, and creating a stay you’ll want to come back to.



The home features two bedrooms and one and a half baths, making it a great fit for families or small groups. The living and dining area is warm and inviting—perfect for kicking back after a day out or settling in for a relaxed night at home. Movie nights are a must here, thanks to the large TV, arcade game console, and a collection of board games.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps up to 8)



• Bedroom 1: King bed

• Bedroom 2: King bed

• Loft / Landing Area: King bed + chair that converts to a twin bed + an Air Mattress



Feeling competitive? Challenge your crew to a game on the convertible pool table and foosball setup. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances and a soda fountain, because this stay wouldn’t be complete without a little fizz.





Step outside in the morning and enjoy the quiet neighborhood with a cup of coffee. The patio opens straight to the sidewalk, making it easy to head out for an early jog or a peaceful walk through the spacious community.



Parking is simple and stress-free: the driveway fits up to two cars, and there’s free street parking available. Please note there is no garage, and the outdoor area is not fenced.



This is a family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted.



Comfortable, playful, and refreshingly different—this is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy a stay with a little extra pop.



Guest Access:

Our guests will have access to the entire home. You'll also have a washer and dryer at your disposal. Entry is a keypad lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Safe and family friendly neighborhood. Close to everything! Restaurants, groceries stores, coffee shops, shopping, parks and all major highways!

HOUSE RULES:

- Please enter the accurate number of guests that will be arriving. You will be fined for bringing more guests than booked.

-No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.



This unit is NOT pet friendly



LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the platform app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
