This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse comfortably sleeps up to four guests. (We recommend 3 adults max for a most comfortable stay)

Note: Due to the size of The Sanctuary Den we're currently only accepting pups weighing 25 lbs or less.

The Sanctuary Den can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, or any vehicle with a trailer, as long as the combined length is approximately that of two sedans.

Privacy & Host

The Sanctuary Den is a separate guesthouse located behind the main home where I live.

The backyard sits between the two buildings, creating a natural buffer that allows guests to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay.

I’m nearby if needed and always happy to help, but my goal is to give guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy their visit.

Note: There are external cameras on property, the cameras are used to provide additional security for everyone coming and going at The Sanctuary Den at Sanford.
