Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The host did not respond to multiple messages and never provided the access code needed to enter the property. I had clearly communicated that I would be arriving around midnight while traveling from Iowa to Florida.Despite repeated attempts, I received no response from the host. As a result, I arrived late at night with no way to access the rental and no place to stay. VRBO customer service also attempted to contact the host and was unable to reach them. Due to the lack of communication and access, VRBO issued an immediate refund.I ultimately had to find a hotel nearly two hours later in the middle of the night. Based on this experience, I would not book with this host again.
