Perfect 1-bedroom apartment with in welcoming Belleville

This unit is in downtown Belleville with the farmers market held right across the street along with a well known coffee shop. There is also volunteers always at the garden next door during the day. Unfortunately to be close to walking distance of downtown all of the neighborhoods have decent houses along with some run down. We have numerous good reviews from the unit next door and I personally lived in this unit with no issues ever with anyone nearby concerning the safety of our guests. The outside or this unit is set to be painted within the next month along with a patio outside, so I can understand how to outside could use some work as we just finished renovating the inside. But as far of the safety of the area you’re within walking distance of the courthouse, police station, and all of downtown Belleville at this location.
