Great location for visiting local attractions. Very pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. It is an older property, but very clean. Host was quick to reply for any questions. Parking out front was no problem.

Definitely a nice amount of space. My only thing is the mattress stains the boxspring is very ancient. Pulled the sheets up and quickly realized to not proceed as my money was spent, I was in a far away place and going any further wouldn’t shot my anxiety through the roof along with my paranoia. The building is old but the pet hair all on the couch was insane. The dead pest in the window seals were another thing but hey it kept my family safe hundreds of miles away from home

Linens were supposed to be provided, but there was only enough for the 2 beds, and we booked for 5. Host never responded to our questions about this. Property was clean, but falling apart. There were large holes in the floor that decorative items were placed over to hide. The ceilings looked as if they were about to fall in. There isn't enough room to move in the shower unless you're a very skinny person (we are not). Pluses were the place was definitely clean, and since we were only there to sleep and shower, it did it's job. Definitely in need of major repairs.

The property was not clean when we got there. We ended up staying at a hotel because it was not safe for our young kids. There is a nail sticking out of the floor and kitchen sink handle would not stay attached. My father got stuck in the bathroom because the door handle fell off and we had to attach it from the other side to get him out. The door handle was fixed the next day but the other issues were not.There is no extra queen air mattress available. The only extra mattress is a twin fold up mattress covered in stains with a broken frame.Don't expect the place to be clean when you arrive. When we got there we found a random pill from a previous client laying on the ground which is extremely dangerous if you have little children like we did. There are little pieces of junk all throughout the little gaps in the floorboard (again, choking hazard). We were also worried about potential mold from the water damage all over the walls as the paint is visibly bubbling off of many of sections near the ceiling.We did not feel as if it was a safe place for a family to stay. If you're traveling alone it's probably fine given the price, but i'd recommend a hotel.

This was a comfortable place to stay and fit our family very well. It is an older home but has all the necessities plus a large fenced yard for pets.

Homey and unique

Great space and location!

This place was perfect for us. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was perfect for her! The location was awesome. Short drive to the baseball stadium and downtown. Host is super responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay!

Robert Was Great!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place! Robert was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Convenient location, and our Maltipoo really enjoyed the fenced in back yard!
