Unwind in this cozy, modern, and stylish private 2-bedroom guesthouse nestled in West Los Angeles, next to Culver City. Tucked away from the main house with your own entrance, patio, and parking, this peaceful retreat offers privacy while keeping you close to everything LA has to offer.
You’ll be centrally located right off the 10 freeway, less than a mile from the Metro E Line and downtown Culver City, making it easy to explore beaches, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and beyond. A neighborhood park less than a block away makes this home especially ideal for families traveling with kids.
INSIDE THE GUESTHOUSE
This thoughtfully designed space comfortably accommodates families, couples, or remote workers:
* Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed
* Bedroom 2: Trundle bed (two twins that convert into a king)
* Additional sleeping: Queen-size air mattress available
* Pack-N-Play provided for little ones
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV (HDMI included for personal devices), a record player with classic vinyl, and family-friendly games. Two desks plus a dining table provide flexible workspace options.
The modern kitchenette is well-equipped for light cooking and daily comfort, featuring:

I run a nonprofit called Impactful Missions, dedicated to helping alleviate poverty, and I helped start a school to provide quality education to children in Fond Doux, Haiti. The Impactful Guesthouse reflects this mission, offering guests a purposeful and cozy place to relax, recharge, and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer, while knowing their stay makes a positive impact.

I’ve lived in this quiet West LA neighborhood for over 10 years, and it’s easy to see why it feels so special. I originally chose the area for its central location and quick access to the 10 freeway, but I’ve stayed because of the peaceful, friendly community. Being right next to a neighborhood park gives the area a relaxed, family-friendly feel, and there’s ample street parking throughout. In recent years, the arrival of the Metro E Line and Ivy Station, less than a mile away, has brought exciting growth and convenience, making it even easier to enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer.
