The hosts, Grecia and her family, were truly outstanding in every way. If I could give them a million stars, I would. The condo is clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The common areas are phenomenal with a glistening pool, grill area with ample seating for gatherings, and a sophisticated air conditioned rec room with a billiards table. Everyone I met in the building, from the staff to the residents, was incredibly friendly. I loved my time there and the genuine warmth and prompt attention from the hosts was a big reason it was so enjoyable.

Hi! My name is Grecia. I live in Puerto Vallarta but I’ve grown up between Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita, and Sayulita. I’m an interior designer, and we recently acquired this new apartment. We’ve put a lot of love and attention into making it as cozy and welcoming as possible to ensure our guests have an amazing stay.

I’m looking forward to making sure all our guests receive the best quality customer service possible. I love to travel, meet new people, and spend time out with family and friends.

I truly hope everyone can make amazing memories in our home. Hope to see you soon!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this area because Versalles is one of Puerto Vallarta’s most vibrant and well‑connected neighborhoods, blending local charm with modern conveniences. It’s widely known as a culinary hotspot with dozens of cafés, restaurants, wine bars, and unique eateries right around the corner, making every meal an adventure. The streets are walkable and lively, yet still feel relaxed and welcoming, with shops, services, and everything you need close by. Versalles offers a perfect mix of authentic local life, great food, and easy access to the rest of the city, while still being only minutes from beaches, shopping, and major attractions making it an ideal location for our guests to truly experience Puerto Vallarta.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our unit, although small, is charming, fully furnished, and thoughtfully decorated to create a cozy space that makes you feel right at home. The design features a modern style with tones inspired by the sea, bringing a sense of calm and freshness. The building boasts one of the best locations in the area, and you really don’t need to leave the building, as it’s one of the few towers in Vallarta with so many amenities and services available on the ground-floor commercial area. Additionally, Costco and La Comer are just one block away, making everything you need for your stay easily accessible.
