In Santa Eulalia del Río the holiday home Can Joan Vich II is located on a 16.000 m² property with a fantastic outdoor area. The barrier-free ranch has a comfortable living room with additional space for one person to sleep, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The charming accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a baby cot and a high chair. You will reach a supermarket and a restaurant after one kilometre and the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Llonga after 7.5 km or a 12-minute drive.

Parking is available on the property. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. A small welcome package with drinks and snacks awaits you at check-in. During your stay the gardens and swimming pool will be maintained and the towels changed. Parties, loud music and groups of young guests under 28 years old are not allowed. The property has an alarm system on the perimeter of the property and inside of the property. This can be activated by the guest.

Amazing villa with great outdoor space

We stayed 8 days in total in this amazing villa, very well situated just 10 minutes drive to Santa Eulària, and around 20 minutes to Ibiza town. Taxis will come to the property if you need them, and usually arriving very quick. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and since we were 6 people, we all have enough privacy. One of the bathrooms is equipped for people with mobility accessibility needs. The kitchen is the first room next to the outdoor area, and that was very convenient. It has everything we need; coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and a big fridge. The pool is big enough and they had 6 sunbeds and beach towels for us to use. Our host Ana was always very helpful and always available to help us out if we needed something. Thank you Ana!
