I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass door sliders in 3 of the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has a screen door on the slider and the first night it rained all night and we had the windows and sliding door open and slept like a baby. Speaking of sleeping, the sheets on the master bedroom bed were, omg like sleeping on a cloud. Host was responsive and attentive to every question during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee bar with keurig and regular coffee maker with k cups, regular coffee, sugar provided along with various teas. Quiet all the way in the back, no thru traffic. If you want peace and quiet and plenty of room for family, this is the place! There are 3 ring cameras throughout the front of the property, just an FYI. No cameras on back balconies. We will stay again!!
