The holiday home Casa Contrada del Sole is located in the heart of the village Baja Sardinia, only a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful, sandy beach of the town. 4 stairs lead to the entrance of the cottage, which consists of a living room decorated in maritime style with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. It also has air conditioning and television. Outside there is a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains in the distance. Start your day here with a hot cup of coffee, enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air or take a nap on the bench decorated with pretty cushions. A selection of restaurants and the sandy beach are 7 minutes away on foot (500 m) and a supermarket is just outside the village, 600 m away. The popular Phi Beach sunset viewpoint is 1.4 km or an 18-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sunset while having a delicious cocktail. A golf course is located within 20 km of the property. It is the perfect place to spend romantic hours with your loved ones and forget the stress of everyday life!



Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linen and towels are available on request and at extra charge.
