We are only a short walk away from Destin's famous “sugar sand” on our Emerald Coast Private Beach. #1002 Calm Sands NEW PROPERTY Chateau La Mer II is tucked away in a low traffic, calm corner of the complex.

After a fun day of exploring you can take a relaxing stroll to some of our local restaurants. Or enjoy outdoor grilling on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas with additional grills located around the complex. Destin has is all!  Arts & Culture, Fine Dining, Sports Adventures, Shopping and Spas are all available in the Destin Area. There is something for every member of the family no matter what age.

This unit is fully stocked with pots & pans, electric can opener, toaster oven, coffermaker both K-cup and pot type, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals. Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach. Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space and a master bath with beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom has 2 full size beds. Also included is a queen size sofa bed.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
