Making unforgettable beach memories will be easy at this cozy efficiency condo. This rental is located in Destin, conveniently close to everything. Sit outside on your furnished balcony, swim in the heated outdoor pool, relax in the shared hot tub, or challenge loved ones to a friendly game of tennis. This unit is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family to enjoy all that the Emerald Coast has to offer.



What's nearby:

The pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this condo. Grab a beach towel and a good book and watch for playful shorebirds and the occasional dolphin. Enjoy dining at the Louisiana Lagniappe that is located within the gated community of Sandpiper Cove. Dine on local shrimp and seafood meals while watching the spectacular sunsets.

Great get-away place

Loved how close we were to the beach and the included chair service. Easy walk to the beach and close drive to anywhere else you wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was super clean and very well stocked. Our front door faced the fence along Gulf Shore Drive and noise was not noticeable. The comped beach chair service was awesome!

Very nice place, great beach, and a short distance from everything.

Super easy, no hassles. They even offered a late checkout option. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Great condo. Will stay again.

This is our second time staying here and we have had no issues both times. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurant in complex. Very clean. Able to do late check out which allowed us to spend another day at the beach.
