Our family had a wonderful time, and half of that is based on Oasis 504. Lovely accommodations with beach access and beach service. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Peaceful

Great location, peaceful area, only 10min easy walk to the beach & Capt Daves seafood. Condo was clean and beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. Heated pool was just steps away. Will return again.

Cute condo in a great location

We stayed here for a high school graduation trip for my son, and this condo was perfect for just the three of us. It could have slept more people, but we wanted the extra room. Everything is nicely updated and very clean, and we loved that the pool was heated, since our trip was in May and the temps were in the low 80's. We were very happy with this condo, and the location was perfect for us, as we prefer Miramar Beach to the busier Destin Harbor area.

Nice place but

Very nice place but the beds were terrible on the backs . We are all use to nice mattresses at home was not excepting to sleep rough for 4 days .

Amazing Time!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was fantastic! Great location, walking distance to beach and close drive to shops and restaurants. Very spacious and everything you need to have a great time. Only complaint would have been AC went out for about 8 hours and broken coffee pot. The pot was replaced with a call and AC repair call was made by the property manager where we had it fixed. So it was all fixed, just an inconvenience for 8 hours with temp of 88 inside. We will stay here again!

Review for unit 504

The unit overall was really clean. It could use some updating painting and definitely new beds. The mattresses were the most most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on before on vacation. You want to have restful sleep and I was not able to do so beds were the worst, and the owner needs to think about doing some, updating paint chipping, and whatever the cleaning crew is using to clean the hardwood floors. It is leaving a film on them.

Great family spot!

I stayed here with my husband and two young children (3.5yo and 5.5yo). We had a great time! The condo is very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped - except oddly no scissors that I could find. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Several extra blankets. The laundry was outside on the balcony which felt a little odd but it worked perfectly! We were about 1-2 min walk to the pool, which was well- kept as well as the playground. The unit is about 10 min walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed having the included beach chairs/umbrella. We enjoyed walking to Kenny D’s but most of the good restaurants we liked best were driving distance. The condo complex you can tell us older but it was well maintained. But you notice the lower number of electrical outlets! We did have one issue with a flipped breaker thanks to my kids’ nightlight but it was fixed within an hour or so of my notifying the manager. Would stay here again!

Great Visit

Great clean place to rent, my only complaint is that dirty dishes were left I’m the dishwasher from previous guest and the rest room at the pool was not clean. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent location and very clean nice condo!

From initial booking through end of stay, everything went perfectly! Richard went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was so friendly and accommodating! The condo was very nice and felt like we were at home! Easy access to beach (across the street) so able to easily take morning and evening walks along the beach! The two chairs and umbrella at the private beach were perfect! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Convenient & Pools, Pools, Pools!

I took care of the checkin process ahead of my guests staying at the condo so as i could do a quick inspection in order to ensure the place was up to my standards (which are high). The place was clean, had a full size washer & dryer (a must), & a fully stocked kitchen (guest request) to the point that it was almost overkill w/ duplicates & triples of all kitchen utensils! I did dust the fan blades in the living room ahead of my guest's arrival but that's the only thing i found to do & that's saying something... I'm a bit of a perfectionist! I would highly recommend the location for anyone with kids as the property has a play area (park) & plenty of pool space if a beach day every day isn't in the cards... but the beach is close & convenient enough to go every day should u so choose. Richard was extremely kind & accommodating when my guests mistakenly brought the keys to me vs drop in the box at checkout. Overall, great experience for myself & my guests! Thank you!

the pool was clean; loved how rafts and boards were in the laundry room for us to use and the fact we could get a couple chairs with an umbrella for FREE; kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was very clean!

Bestest vacation yet

The facility is very large and open. It’s right across the street from the beach. The mattresses are comfortable and there is no dip in the middle of them. We cannot wait to go back. Located in the most beautiful location of Florida as well!!
