The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a full on suite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with a pullout queen sofa.

Amenities We Provide:
-Bed linens and sofa linens.

-One set of bath towels and hand towels per person along with extra beach towels.

-Paper goods and household items to get your stay underway. One roll of paper towel/ One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom/ Tissues/dish soap and dishwasher detergent/2 garbage bags.

-Stacked washer and dryer in unit.

-Stocked beach storage closet under the building. 4 beach chairs/umbrella and screw down base/kids beach toys/boogie boards/beach games.

Policies:
-This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking, vaping, e-cig in the unit or on the balcony. $500 Fee will be applied for smoking.

-No pets allowed.

-Parking: One tenant parking spot.

-Peak Season are weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)
