-Saturday-Saturday only June 20th-Sept 5th 2026, all other dates 2-night minimum.

-Located within the National Seashore and Truro Historic District itself with access to miles and miles of walking paths, and all terrain bike paths, directly from property. Fresh water brook flowing along the entire side of back yard directly into the Pamet River. Filled with wild fresh watercress. Wild apple and blueberry tress abound, free for the picking if during your stay.

-Before booking we encourage you to compare our home to others offering same amenities/location in Truro to understand market rates/values of homes in Truro, MA. If you find an equal home of lesser value we will adjust accordingly.

-Lastly we must stress here, that if you are looking for a vacation home for more than 12 guests(children under 5 excluded), or looking to have more than 14 people over during day, or at nighttime for dinner we are not the home for you. Nor the neighborhood for you. Please please please find the home that can accommodate your wants, needs and desires rather than trying to change the simple guidelines of ours.

-We are gratefully bound by Truro town code, Truro town bylaws, neighborhood association, and most importantly environmental issues. NO AMOUNT of money offered before, during, or after for extra folks will be a solution for you. It will only end in a minimum $1500 additional service fee and immediate police assisted eviction.
