5-star stay!! What a wonderful home that accommodated ages from 87-18… and two dogs. We planned a quick weekend getaway for Mother’s Day with family and this house met all of our needs and even exceeded them. The elevator was perfect for my 87 year old mother and even groceries/luggage. The kitchen/living space is large with enough seats to accommodate everyone for meals, games or hanging out. Bathrooms on every floor as well as sleeping accommodations. The lower level has a little kitchenette (stocked with heavy plastic ware for poolside) and was nice for the “kids” to watch tv or hang out if they wanted their own space. The outdoor area was great. They have a fenced in grassy area just for dogs!! How awesome is that! I didn’t play, but they enjoyed the golf under the trees that had lights in them (nice touch). Several lounge chairs and the barrel table was great to sit around at the end of the day and enjoy food and drinks. I could go on and on. Really a beautiful house that gives you space for everyone to be together, but also 3 floors to not be on top of each other. This was my first time booking a rental home, and the bar has been set very high for the next time….. we may just have to keeping going back here!!! Thank you so much!

We chose this neighborhood for its laid-back island atmosphere and unbeatable proximity to the beach. Located on Anastasia Island, the area around Costanero Road feels peaceful and residential, with palm-lined streets, ocean breezes, and a true coastal rhythm that instantly puts you at ease.

What we enjoy most is how easy it is to enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s walking to the beach, biking along the island, or catching a colorful sunrise or sunset nearby. You’re close to local dining and the charm of historic St. Augustine, yet tucked away enough to relax, unplug, and truly enjoy the slower pace of beach living.
