Perfectly situated in the heart of Sea Pines, this first floor, one bedroom fully renovated condo sleeps 2-4 guests and is an absolute gem! The Villa is pet-friendly and offers convenient access to on site private tennis courts and swimming pool. A very easy walk or bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the natural wooded surroundings and peaceful lagoon views to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

This Hilton Head Island condo boasts one delightful bedroom with a king bed and a superb living room featuring a comfortable queen size sofa bed. Enjoy a beautiful, luxurious bathroom with dual shower heads and double vanity sinks. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it perfect for any season. Your fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and counter seating. The dining area has large glass windows that offer a fantastic view of the lagoon and sliding doors to the balcony.

Well appointed. You could bring your clothes, toothbrush and food and you’d have everything you need. The unit is exactly as pictured. Bikes included. The quality of the products provided was top notch, down to the toilet paper. The location was perfect. We biked to the beach and Harbourtown everyday. The host was very responsive. Sometimes “pet friendly” units can feel less than clean or have an odor, that is not the case here. I would stay again, with or without a pet.
