A terrific property, had a wonderful time! The walk to Harbour Town is so nice. Love the fire table for those chilly nights and watching the tides roll in is so peaceful. A great place to stay!

Great location with a 2 minute walk to Harbourtown for food, drinks, coffee, and people/boat watching and a 15 minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Lawton Stables.This place is beautifully surrounded by nature with excellent amenities. Will keep this on our list of places to visit!

Excellent location and water views!! It’s hard to find both in Sea Pines. We loved looking out at the sound every day and the beautiful sunsets. The deck over the inlet with a cozy fire on cool nights was fantastic! Love coming during cooler months. We enjoyed taking a stroll around the Harbor anytime, and so did our Carin Terrier! It was very peaceful and quiet here. Since biking SP is one of our favorite activities, we rode our bikes to beach every day which takes about 10 minutes. (Parking at beach is not really an option when SP is busy - it was Easter and Spring break.) Connie’s place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking both indoors and out, cleaning up, doing laundry, and even a few beach items. All communications with Connie were quick and easy. We didn’t needed anything except to add another night! :) Our teen boys said the treehouse was their favorite place thus far, and we’ve stayed all over SP every year for 18 years. They loved being able to fish right off bridge around corner. Just an awesome spot. We thoroughly enjoyed Deer Island. Hidden gem!

Great little spot perfect for Fourth of July. Had to see the fireworks from the back porch. Super cute place would come again.

Five stars. We recently stayed on Deer Island right by Harbour Town in Sea Pines, and it was one of the best Hilton Head stays we’ve had. I’ve stayed on Deer Island several times before, and it has always been one of my favorite places because of the quiet setting, the wildlife, the views, and how easy it is to walk or bike over to Harbour Town.This rental was especially special because it sat right on Heddy’s Gutter Creek. I love to fish and keep a boat in Hilton Head year-round, so being able to cast right off the back porch and catch redfish made the trip unforgettable. At one point, we had five deer walking around the house and porch, which made the whole place feel peaceful and unique.Staying in Sea Pines is something I would highly recommend in general. You have the Beach Club, Harbour Town, great places to eat, bike paths, trolleys if you do not want to drive everywhere, and pretty much everything you need right there inside Sea Pines. When we stay there, we honestly do not leave much unless we are going to the grocery store or heading to the boat. A lot of times we will even move the boat into Sea Pines and keep it at Harbour Town or over near the Salty Dog area, so the whole trip stays easy.One of the best parts is being able to avoid a lot of the crazy summer traffic around Hilton Head and just stay in your own quiet, peaceful spot. Even in the middle of summer, Sea Pines still feels calm and tucked away.Between the creek views, the wildlife, the fishing, th
