The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed. Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on-site.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad. THERE ARE OUTDOOR CAMERAS ON PROPERTY.



Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family. Sofa bed.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Bedroom 1 - King bed.



Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.



Bedroom 3 - King bed.



Bedroom 4 - Two single beds.



Bathrooms - 3 full bathrooms.



Washer & Dryer - Private machines!



Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Beach: Short walk to nearby beach access.



Amenities: Beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys, etc. are available in the storage unit.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves. Except private locked owners closets.

The complex is located in the peaceful Shore Dr section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:

Guests will have private driveway and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.



Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on-site.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
