We've discussed your concerns with both the property owner and our team, and we've already made the necessary improvements and updates based on your comments to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We recently transitioned to a new property management company this summer, and unfortunately, some responsibilities were overlooked due to miscommunication during the transition.
