Welcome to 455 Canal, a refined waterfront retreat in one of Siesta Key’s most coveted locations. Set along the tranquil Grand Canal and just a two-minute walk from the sugar-white sands of Siesta Key Beach, consistently ranked among the best in the U.S., this townhome offers the perfect blend of privacy, walkability, and coastal elegance.

The sun-filled open-concept main level features a spacious living area, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining space, all opening to front and rear balconies ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A second living area on the ground floor opens directly to the pool, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The home sleeps 8 people across three bedrooms plus a loft. The primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed and two full beds, each with ensuite baths. The loft on the fourth floor has twin beds and a low ceiling, making it perfect for children.

Outdoor living shines with a private heated pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, private dock for fishing or spotting manatees, and a rooftop deck with sweeping Gulf views and stunning sunsets. The House was clean...beds was comfortable! Host was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed our stay great location pool was nice had to ask for the heater to be turned up n they got right on it! Definitely recommend it !

The house was a great place for our family stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well located. Everything felt easy once we arrived. The beach was just half a block away, and it was also a short walk to shops and restaurants, which made getting around simple without needing to drive.Our kids especially loved the pool and spent a lot of time playing there. It was a nice balance to have both the beach so close and a private pool at the house.Overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We would happily stay here again.

Our family just returned from a stay at Siesta Vista this March, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This property truly offers the best of Siesta Key—it felt like a private oasis while being just steps away from all the action.The location is unbeatable. Being a quick two-minute walk from the beach meant we could easily head over for the sunset or a morning walk on the sand without any hassle. Plus, having Siesta Key Village just a five-minute stroll away made dinner and shopping so convenient; we barely had to use our car all week.The house itself is stunning and was perfect for our family. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the elevator was a huge plus for moving luggage and groceries. We spent most of our afternoons in the private heated pool, which was tucked away on the canal and felt very secluded.We will be back!!!
