Guests will have full access to the private apartment as well as the building’s shared amenities, including the pool, gym, lounges, co-working spaces, game lounge, and movie room. As required by building management, guests must submit a photo of their government-issued ID and the full names of all occupants prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests will check in with the front desk for identity verification and elevator access, and a self check-in code for the apartment will be sent to the primary guest in advance. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, and any minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. We require a copy of your ID before 9 PM on your arrival date so we can pre-register you with the building.

Our building only offers valet parking at the building’s own rates, with no assigned or self-parking available. As a more budget-friendly alternative, we offer nearby garage parking located just a 5-minute walk away for $27 per day plus tax, including unlimited in-and-out access, subject to limited availability confirmed upon arrival.

Check-in: Starts at 3 PM and is available 24 hours, as long as you complete your pre-registration in advance by 9PM.

Check-out: Before 10 AM
A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as additional time is required to prepare the property for the next guest.

Please note that while all amenities are generally available, occasional closures may occur due to maintenance, events, or weather conditions. These are managed by the building administration and are outside the host’s control. The Downtown Miami area is rapidly evolving, and as part of this ongoing transformation, some nearby construction activity and occasional road closures may be visible or experienced.

Bathroom Policy:
The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes, including flushable wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs resulting from misuse.
