Pet-Friendly Home (With Guidelines)
Well-behaved pets are welcome by request. Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
We expect pet owners to act very responsibly, attend to their pet’s needs, and clean up after them
Pets should not damage any furniture.
We provide a water bowl and a food bowl in a 'designated area' close to the entrance. Please, don’t use kitchen dishes for your pet.
Pets are not allowed on the bedding, sofas, or other furniture.
Pets are not allowed in the building amenities area
To comply with building and unit policies, please review the following carefully before booking:
- Maximum pet weight: 40 lbs
- Restricted breeds (not permitted in our unit):
- American Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, and Chow Chows.
- Heavily shedding breeds are not permitted, as they require intensive cleaning and maintenance. This includes (but is not limited to): Siberian Huskies, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Corgis, Akitas, Saint Bernards, and Great Pyrenees.
- Cats are restricted.
- Pets must remain under the guest’s control at all times, access to building amenities is unauthorized.
Important: Guests must communicate directly with the host before booking to disclose their pet’s breed, size, and temperament. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

- We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests.
- Please review our house rules before booking.
* Construction: Miami Worldcenter is a new, growing area - construction noise may be heard during business hours.
* Building Registration: Guests must provide the names and photo IDs of all occupants at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A building rules and regulations acknowledgment form will also be sent for completion.
* Parking: Parking is not available at the property. Several public parking garages are available in the immediate vicinity of Miami Worldcenter.

- Elevator and amenity access provided by the Front Desk is offered strictly as a courtesy and is not an obligation.
- The Front Desk is no longer able to store luggage prior to check-in.
- The Front Desk does not accept or store packages for short-term rental guests.
