The property is fabulous, inside and out. Great layout. Inside: tastefully furnished; comfortable, spacious bedrooms/ baths; fully stocked, functionally designed kitchen. Outside: beautiful pool, large cooking/dining area. Space to spread out, various group seating areas. Wonderful for family gatherings. Hosts are cordial and responsive.

This is a beautiful house, incredibly organized, and has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay with a larger group of people. Hosts are really attentive. I would definitely come back!

We are a large family of 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren. We wanted a place to gather yearly together and found it here in Grass Valley. We wanted to share our space with other families so they can make lasting memories, as we have, with our families.

Sherwood Forest is a wonderful suburb of Grass Valley. it's a safe and quiet neighborhood, with lovely views.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house has 3 levels, that allow privacy when needed or space to gather together.
The main floor has a large open kitchen with lots of open space and seating. This floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big Livingroom and dining room, and its own large deck to relax on.
The lower floor can be its own 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It has a small gally kitchen with two burners, a small counter oven and a small refrigerator. This has a Livingroom and dinette, and a private outdoor deck to sit and relax.
The upper bunk room is set up with two bunk beds that have 3 levels each and a half bath. (twin,full,queen)
The yard features a full basketball court on one level. The next level has a pool and hot tub, gas fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Lots of tables and chairs to gather and enjoy the beautiful yard.
