Just minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, this stunning home is the premier retreat in the area — perfect for families, groups, and design lovers seeking something truly special.



The Living Room

A light-filled and stylish gathering space with a plush sofa, cozy lounge chairs, and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights. Two hanging swing chairs add a playful yet elegant touch — the perfect spot to sip coffee, read, or unwind after a day of exploring. Challenge your group to a little friendly competition with a 3-in-1 game table that easily transforms between foosball, ping pong, and air hockey.



The Kitchen & Dining Area

A chef’s dream kitchen, fully equipped with designer appliances, cookware, and thoughtful touches for both cooking and entertaining. A large dining table anchors the space, ideal for family dinners or brunch with friends in a setting that feels like the pages of a design magazine.



The Bedrooms



Bedroom 1: A stylish bunk setup — twin on top, full on bottom, plus a pull-out twin trundle — complete with a flat-screen TV, perfect for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.



Bedroom 2: Features two queen beds and its own flat-screen TV — spacious, cozy, and ideal for groups.



Primary Suite: A serene escape with a king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, dedicated workspace for two, and a private ensuite bathroom designed for rest and relaxation.



An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway, blending modern design with everyday comfort.

Helpful Notes:

*Pack n' Play available, please locate it in the master bedroom closet.

*Pool Heating is available for an additional $25/day and must be paid out for your entire reservation. Please confirm the service at least 24 hours ahead of your arrival.

*A pool technician services the pool once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.

*The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to ensure water quality and cleanliness. Because the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees (welcome to tropical Florida!), you may occasionally notice a few leaves in the water between services. This is completely normal and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool — it’s simply part of the natural environment.
