Guests enjoy a wonderful bathroom and comfortable climate control with heating and AC. An iron and hair dryer add convenience to your stay. The bungalow comes with an in-house washer/dryer as well! This enchanting bungalow offers a peaceful retreat with excellent touches throughout. The private small house reads old Florida style on the outside, but art inspired chic inside. The bungalow features a wonderful front porch, fenced in yard and off-street parking for two cars on a quiet corner lot. Book now and enjoy everything this bungalow has to offer. The host was extremely welcoming! The house was exactly what we needed, with a fenced in yard for our little dog and an extra room for our child. He clearly put in a lot of care because it was so nicely decorated and clean! He was also very responsive to questions! Which we appreciated so much!

We rented this property because of it's proximity to the Prime III Osborne conference facility. It exceeded our expectations, as it had everything from toothpaste & q-tips, to spices in the cupboard. The best feature is the private driveway behind the house inside the fenced area with a gate. Daiv was very responsive and helpful. If we come back to CollectiveCon next year, we would definitely stay here again!
