Please do not open any windows or remove sealant from windows as this keeps the house bug and lizard free for you to enjoy. This is Florida, man :)
Please do not use any glass in the pool or anywhere on the pool deck. I want you to be safe and not cut yourself, even if it would be an accident :)
Please be considerate of neighbors re noise. The backyard is seriously a trip, you'll love it, but my neighbors won't love me if you're too loud :(
