Welcome to Exit 102 Vacation Rentals! Our spacious 4-bedroom townhome awaits you, conveniently situated near downtown Asbury Park, beaches, wedding venues (such as Berkley & Asbury Hotel), train stations, and bus stops. Perfect for up to 10 guests.

You'll get:

Enjoyable Amenities: 2 smart TVs, fast WiFi,a full kitchen, and a washer-dryer in unit. Master Bedroom: Features an attached master bath.
Two Addl Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed. Loft: On its own floor with a full bed.

The space
The 3-story townhome includes a open living room and kitchen on the first floor, complete with an oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and mini fridge.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a loft on the 3rd floor without a door. The home includes 2.5 baths, one being a full bathroom with access from the master.

Note** There are 3 true bedrooms and one loft without a door on its own floor with full privacy.

4 total beds (3 queen, 1 full). Can comfortably fit eight people.

Excellent communication responds almost immediately to messages - super easy to work with no issues whatsoever. Extremely clean property and comfortable beds. We were in town for a lacrosse game at Monmouth University - it was a good location fairly close to campus easy drive. Thanks for a great weekend

I would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as advertised, a great price and the owners are more than accommodating! The owner was so kind as to bring an item over our first evening that had been forgotten without hesitation! There are extra touches for a comfortable stay such as fans, games and cotton swabs! Don't pass this place up!

We were disappointed by this 6/10 rating. During the entire stay, no concerns about the pillows were brought to our attention. The issue was only mentioned after checkout, leaving us with no opportunity to resolve it while the guest was still at the property. Had we been notified during the stay, we would have gladly delivered additional pillows immediately. Instead, a single issue that could have been resolved in minutes resulted in a low overall rating. We encourage future guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right, just as we always strive to do.
