There is a Level 2 EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. It is located on the side of the cabin next to the front deck. Note: you will need an adapter for Tesla.

The driveway has parking space for multiple vehicles. (3-4 vehicles)

Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to your arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

We will not be available in person and prefer to communicate through the app.

🐶 We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.

Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. We do have a backup generator that will automatically turn on in the event of an outage.

There are flashlights plugged into the wall outlets throughout the cabin. There is an emergency radio in the closet next to the bathroom. There are extra throw blankets in a basket in the living room. Outages typically last a few hours. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.

Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.

We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.

We don`t provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at several places in Ashford. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to check if fires are allowed during their stay.

🔹A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
🔹Dogs must weigh under 50 pounds and be fully housebroken.
🔹Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed in the home.
🔹Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding.
🔹Guest must provide crate and/or kennel.
🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.
