Directly on the water with a brand new private dock with kayaks provided, and set on 40 acres of woods with access to additional conservation land and trails, you can easily spend the day exploring on the water and walking in the woods. Within easy reach of this secluded location, you'll have access to lobster rolls, Maine's finest oysters, shopping, and more in picturesque coastal towns: Bath (10 min), Brunswick (25 min), Wiscasset (15 min), and Damariscotta (30 min). Less than 1 hour drive from PWM airport.

Bird lovers can wake up to the sights and sounds of ospreys, eagles, owls, waterfowl, and songbirds. Spend a beach day at nearby Popham Beach or Reid State Park, or take the ferry from Boothbay Harbor to Monhegan Island. In the evenings, you can relax on the screened in porch or cozy living room, enjoying the stars and the sounds of nature.

Our waterfront is tidal, so we'll provide a tide chart and tide clock so you can plan around the highs and lows. The low tide reveals a mud flat for a few hours each day.
