The space
Welcome to our home- a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept breath of fresh air on Lake Tarpon!

The main living space is perfect for family gathering- An area for cooking, eating, relaxing and chatting! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up great meals and has plenty of utensils, plates, bowls- everything you need! The round table seats 4 currently but can extend to seat 6, the larger table is set to seat 6, but has an additional leaf to seat 8!

The large master bedroom is off of the main living area with a private entrance to the back yard. Enjoy the king sized tempur-pedic bed! There is plenty of space for all of your attire, with a huge walk in closet and dresser. Enduldge yourself in the spa-like bathroom- complete with a jetted tub, TV, and a unique skylight rain shower!

The secondary bedroom is located on the other side of the house with a comfy queen size memory foam mattress and ample closet space.

The children's space is adjacent with three twin memory foam mattresses, play swing, and some fun games/toys.

The second bathroom is equally as impressive as the first, with an LED jetted tub, blue tooth integrated lighting, and rain shower experience.

A full sized laundry room with washer/dryer with detergent is also provided for your convenience.

The main living space opens to our outdoor entertainment area! Enjoy a refreshing splash or sipping drinks at our cocktail pool! Complete with an umbrella and sun shelf for relaxing, our pool is 10x20' with a depth of 6'. Please no diving, we don't want you to harm your thinker!

There is an outdoor smoker/BBQ for your grill master to cook up something good! The propane tank is full and ready for you to make some mouthwatering meals.

If you've had enough sun, enjoy our turf lounge area under the pergola. With seating for 6, there is plenty of space to eat and sip!

Fire table is also available so you can get cozy on those chilly evenings (rarity in Florida, but it does happen!)

We are family friendly, and a crib (complete with sheets of course!) is available upon request at no additional charge. There is also a pack and play located in the master closet should you need.
