The house was very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of room for us and our two pets. Back yard was safe and big enough for our dog and the lanai was the perfect place for our cat to hang out. House was very well equipped, beds comfy and bathrooms clean. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, close to shopping, beach and trail. We stayed for 3 months and felt very at home. The management company were very responsive and friendly whenever we had an issue and resolved quickly. Would definite recommend.

Great Spot!

Great location! So close to nearby delicious food places, 15-20 min from the main Clearwater beach, and even closer to other beaches, the pool table was so great! The game room was chill. I would def book again!

Everything about this rental was awesome. Beds were very comfortable, showers were just to our liking, large TVs throughout and the game room was a fabulous bonus. Location is close to shopping and delicious restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped & updated. Quiet neighborhood.

The house and location were wonderful. The house is spacious, clean and includes everything you need. The game room and pool table are great to have for activities plus a large screened-in porch. My wife and I would recommend highly.

Home was Perfect!!!!

Our stay at Paradise Palms was perfect. The weather wasn't going to be the warmest so that was one reason we wanted to stay at Paradise Palms - all of the games. We played pool, basketball shootout, foosball and ping pong everyday we were there! Plenty of space and beds for a family of 5. The location was awesome with everything we wanted to do no more than 25 mins away (Clearwater Beach 25 min, Tarpon Springs 20 min and Dunedin 10 min). We will definitely stay there again!

Clean but chintzy

The house was clean and smelled good. That being said: Game room - 4 ping pong paddles - 1 totally broken, 3 in bad shape. Shuffle table unusable - totally slanted to one side. Air conditioning unit leaked (called but no-one came to fix it or even look at it). Sleeps 8 (minimum) but only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Only 1 roll of paper towels supplied. Spice cabinet empty except for salt and pepper.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. It's disheartening to learn that we fell short of providing you with the exceptional 5-star experience we strive for. Thank you for letting us know about the paddles and shuffleboard this will be handled immediately and we would have promptly addressed these issues had we been made aware of them during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning matter, we regret any confusion that may have arisen. We did receive a call about a puddle, which was believed to be related to the AC. However, during the conversation, it was communicated that only a puddle was found, with no mention of any further issues, and it was understood that the AC was operational. Per the conversation we refrained from intervening during your stay to avoid any disruption. Upon your departure, we did conduct a thorough evaluation of the AC unit, and no anomalies were detected. We do provide starter supplies only and work to communicate this as the guest are aware of potential additional supplies will be needed, depending on the length of stay or number of people. Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business.
