Welcome to OCEAN BREEZE!

Enjoy 180° of unobstructed ocean views! Perfect for families—linens, towels, toiletries, dish soap, and laundry detergent are all provided. The shed is stocked with beach cruisers, boogie boards, chairs, tents, corn hole, sand toys, a grill, and more. Beach access is directly in front of the home. Located near shops and dining, yet tucked away on the quiet, uncrowded side of the island. Unwind on two spacious sundecks and take in the breathtaking ocean breeze!

Oceanfront Paradise in North Topsail Beach – Spacious, Family-Friendly Getaway

Welcome to your dream coastal escape! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront home in North Topsail Beach offers breathtaking 180° unobstructed ocean views, stylish comfort, and family-friendly amenities—perfect for your next beach vacation.

Ample parking is available under the home and in the driveway. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor hot & cold shower, then gather on the paver patio with a picnic table or grab gear from the fully stocked storage shed.

The first floor features:

A luxurious primary suite with a king bed, spa-like en suite bath, and private oceanfront balcony

Guest room with a queen bed

Guest room with two bunk beds (great for kids!)

Full guest bath and laundry room for added convenience

The upper floor offers:

A bright and airy living room with panoramic ocean views

Dining area and huge kitchen with a large eat-at breakfast bar

Step out onto one of four decks—two facing the ocean and two overlooking the sound. Enjoy outdoor dining at the picnic table on the upper oceanfront deck or relax in the four poly high-top chairs and watch the dolphins and pelicans pass by.

Each of the four bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Roku TVs for easy entertainment.

The home is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic—perfect for peaceful walks or bike rides. Just 1.2 miles up the beach, you’ll find Beach Bums Bar & Grill, a local favorite!

Whether you're soaking up sunrise views with a cup of coffee, grilling after a day in the surf, or enjoying evening cocktails on the deck, this North Topsail gem offers the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.

My husband and I are from the New England area and moved down to North Carolina in 1998. We absolutely love living in NC and would never move out of the state. It has always been our dream to own a house near the ocean and we were fortunate enough to purchase Ocean Breeze 5 years ago as a second home. We love staying here in the winter months and rent it out in the spring, summer & fall as I cannot be in the sun. This Island is very special with fabulous restaurants all serving fresh seafood right off the boats. Dolphins & Pelicans go by the house almost everyday making it so fun to sit out and watch. I also love to hunt for sharks teeth and have found over 500 of them all within a mile in either direction from our house. You may get lucky enough to see a Sea Turtle release from the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center or perhaps get to see baby Sea Turtles hatching which is called a boil. I have been to many releases and have watched one boil which was absolutely amazing. We take great pride in our home and try to make it as comfortable as possible for our guests. We supply all linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent to make it very convenient for our guests. I hope you choose Ocean Breeze as your next vacation destination.

My home is located on the quiet side of the Island. You can walk the beach to Beach Bums Bar & Grille. In the Spring & Summer you can walk to Andrews Produce Market for fresh eggs, fruit & veggies. The road is a dead end road with no thru traffic making it perfect for riding the provided beach cruiser bikes.
