We offer easy self check-in and check-out, and we’re always just a message or phone call away. If you need anything during your stay—questions, recommendations, or help with an issue—we’re happy to assist quickly while giving you plenty of privacy to enjoy the home.
You’ll be just minutes from charming Allyn, WA, where you can grab morning coffee and a donut at Peace, Love & Donuts, enjoy giant margaritas at 2 Margaritas Mexican, or relax with waterfront dining at The Boat House. For something casual and delicious, Allyn Pizza is a local favorite. It’s a small town with big character—easy, welcoming, and perfect for a quick outing.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the deck and backyard, as well as the beach in front of the property. Please note that some areas, including locked doors inside the home and the garage, are reserved for the owners’ use only. Enjoy the spaces provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay!
Your safety and security is our top priority. Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time.
There are no steps to get into the home. There are 6 steps that lead from the top deck down to the yard. Guests can also access the yard and water by exiting the front door and going around the home to the right.
This spacious waterfront home is designed for comfort, gathering, and easy relaxation. The heart of the house is a large great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and big windows that fill the space with natural light. Every room in the home has vaulted ceilings, giving it an open, airy feel throughout.
The home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den, offering plenty of room for families and groups.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Second Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Third Bedroom: Queen bed + trundle (sleeps 3)
• Den: Queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2)
With flexible layouts and generous shared spaces, the home is perfect for relaxing together or spreading out when you need some quiet time.

You are in for a treat!! North Bay is a haven for wildlife lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Keep your eyes peeled for:
🐋 Orcas can often be seen just offshore.
🦭 Seals regularly rest on the rocks and nearby docks.
🦅 Eagles are frequently overhead.
🦊 Foxes are occasionally spotted on or around the property.
🐦 The area is also home to herons, ducks, geese, mergansers, widgeons, goldfinches, hummingbirds, and killdeer nesting along the shoreline.

• Kayak in style with our 3 kayaks (two single, one tandem)! We provide 4 life vests for those over 90 lbs.
• Enjoy time on the water with our two paddleboards—one adult-sized and one child-sized.
• Watch the July 4th fireworks from the firepit with a cozy blanket and a toasted marshmallow.

• Bocce Ball – A relaxing game of strategy and skill, ideal for sunset play on the bocce court.
• Cornhole – Toss, aim, and cheer! A backyard favorite for all ages.
• Croquet – Timeless and charming, croquet brings a touch of vintage elegance to your outdoor fun.
• Badminton and Volleyball – Light, fast-paced fun—perfect for pairs or family tournaments.
All equipment is provided and stored in the outdoor gear bin. Feel free to set up anywhere on the lawn—just return everything when you're done so the next guests can enjoy it too!
Indoor Family Fun
When the sun dips below the horizon and the day winds down, the fun doesn’t have to stop. Settle in for a cozy night indoors with classic games that bring everyone together. You’ll find our favorites in the TV console—including cards and dice—as well as board games like Sorry, Chess, Clue, and Scrabble.

To keep the home comfortable for everyone, and to respect our neighbors please note the following:
• No pets are allowed.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm to respect our neighbors and the peaceful setting.
• No loud parties.
• Please respect all local burn bans for outdoor firepit.
• Please no shellfish harvesting or crabbing from the beaches
Summer season we have a 4 night minimum, the rest of the year we hosts guests for a 2 night minimum.
For everyone’s peace of mind, the property has exterior security cameras to help keep guests safe and to monitor the home when it’s unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are located:
• Over the driveway pointing toward the garage.
• At the front door.
• On the side of the home pointing toward the back driveway
• Above the deck.
• On the back of the home overlooking the back yard.,
