Coral Cottage is a spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom house situated with the forefront in the gated resort community of Maravilla in Miramar Beach, Florida. This home features a sun-kissed open floor plan that comfortably sleeps 8 with additional room for others. You will love the privacy and space of this quiet, private home, while enjoying all the amenities of a resort! Close behind the property are tennis-pickle ball, basketball, fitness facility, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and shuffleboard with plenty of yard space for your personal Cornhole or Washer boards. Just a short walk away you will find Maravilla's beachfront-gulf view community pool, along with generous waterfront of the sparkling emerald coast beaches for Maravilla guests only. Frankie was, without a doubt, the perfect guest. We wish all our guests were as respectful, cooperative, and helpful as he was! Frankie took great care of our property, leaving it immaculate. More impressively, when he encountered the unexpected issue of the smart lock battery needing replacement, he immediately brought it to our attention and insisted on taking care of it himself to prevent any further inconvenience. He handled this unexpected maintenance need completely in stride and with zero fuss. He is highly recommended, and we would be thrilled to welcome him back anytime. Thank you, Frankie!

The complex is amazing and great location to the beach. The house was a great size for vacation home. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor activities. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a smooth stay. There was mix up with cleaning and the house was not ready for 3-4 hours after our check in. Though this was communicated through the VRBO app, it was not done efficiently. A text message with this info would have beneficial for a more direct communication. We also didn’t have a working dishwasher till the last day of our trip. With 6 people in the house and half the dishes in the dirty dishwasher, it was inconvenient and frustrating. We are aware that “things” happen in homes and it doesn’t always go smoothly, but there was no return compensation by the owner in regards to these multiple inconveniences.

Great house and beach community. Small but perfect for 1 to 6 people. 200 feet from pool, gym, tennis, hottub. Golf cart great for trips to beach and 2 or 3 nice places to eat. Highly recommended.

The house was located in a great neighborhood with awesome beach access! The shower in the master bedroom was fabulous! My daughter loved the beach toys and the golf cart was a great addition to our stay!

Property was as described. Perfect little cottage, it was comfortable and clean. Perfect location with the pool and pickleball courts right behind the cottage. Not a bad walk at all to the beach. The golf cart was nice to have at the property, made it nice to not always have to get in the car to go to restaurants and the beach. Overall, we would definitely come back and visit using this same property.

We had a wonderful week here. The house was right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient for morning coffee/soda trips and the owners had a lot of balls/towels/ect for both the pool and beach. We will be back!

We had an amazing time staying here. One of the pools is right behind the house and its a quick walk to beach access. The golf cart was an added plus, but definitely not needed since everything is so close. We would definitely book to stay again.

Lauren was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the booking process. She planned well ahead, inquiring about the coffee maker type and parking availability for their extra vehicles. It was clear they were organized and considerate of the space. Their use of the golf cart for shuttling around was a great way to navigate the property! Even better, Lauren was proactive in letting me know about a couple of minor maintenance issues they encountered during their stay. The fact that they informed me well in advance allowed me to address the problems before the next guests arrived later that same day. This kind of heads-up is incredibly helpful as a host, and I truly appreciate it. Overall, Lauren and her family were model guests – communicative, respectful, and thoughtful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any future Airbnb host.

Excellent place

House was nice and clean and fully stocked with all the necessities you would ever need! Walking distance to the beach but the golf cart made it super handy to run to the beach with or visit local restaurants with! Communication was amazing with the property manager! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome for families

This was the perfect house for our family of 7. It’s proximity to both beach and pool was fantastic for the kids. The house is well stocked with everything you need. My only suggestion would be some new patio furniture.

Nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Security good. Nice to be away from the busy Destin area. Golf cart was very useful. Nearby pools were great. Owners response was always timely. Beach staff were pleasant and helpful. Private beach for beautiful.

Great communication

Host was always available even for my silly questions on how to work the tv. We left an item at the home and he was so kind to mail it to us. The neighborhood was very nice and the location was excellent!

Worry Free Vacation

Our stay was amazing! Our questions were answered quickly and responded to any problems right away. Having the golf cart available was definitely an added bonus. It made going out so much easier. Quick walk to the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella at the beach was an added bonus, one less thing we had to carry!

Great location, needs some updating

We had a great time at the property. It does need some TLC especially the master bathroom. The golf cart also needs TLC. It was dead with a flat tire upon arrival. Location is perfect!

Nearby Beach(s) Rated #1 in the US by Dr. Beach. We've been up and down the coastline starting from Texas to Key West sampling Orange Beach, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, Destin, Seagrove, Grayton, Seaside, Panama City... and decided Destin was were we needed to be. It's simple..we liked the South Walton area Beaches
