Cozy vacation cottage right on the Bode River

Are you looking for peace and relaxation? A place where you can unwind and let your mind wander? Then we’d like to warmly welcome you to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished “Haus Enno” in the health resort of Altenbrak, a district of the town of Thale.
Our vacation home is located on a fenced-in property that includes a parking space for your car. There are also two terraces where you can enjoy watching the sun rise each morning. From the lower terrace, you can dip your feet right into the cool, refreshing waters of the Bode River.
Our vacation home has a total living area of approximately 70 square meters. On the first floor, this space includes a bedroom furnished with a 2.00 m x 2.00 m double bed and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. From here, you also have a beautiful view of the Bode River and can listen to its gentle murmur.
Our bathroom is small but charming. It is equipped with a shower featuring a wellness panel and an infrared radiator. We chose this setup because infrared heating has a positive effect on people, as its benefits are comparable to those of sunbathing. The radiant heat penetrates deep into the body and warms you from the inside out. This deep heat has a relaxing effect and enhances your sense of well-being.
Families with small dogs—up to a maximum shoulder height of 30 cm—are just as welcome here as families with children, subject to prior arrangement. A crib and high chair are available. However, before booking, please note that while our property is fenced off from the street, it is open toward the Bode River. Smoking is not permitted in our house. Bed linens and towels are provided as part of the initial setup. A deposit of 20% will be invoiced after the booking is confirmed. A security deposit of 150.00 euros is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be applied toward the final bill on the day of departure.

You’ll also find a new, comfortably furnished kitchen on the first floor with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer—and, of course, a cozy dining area.

From the hallway, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is furnished with high-quality wooden furniture. When you come home after a long day in nature, the living room invites you to relax. Sink into the cozy sofa or the rocking chair, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the balcony. The living area features a corner couch and an additional sleeper sofa, which provides overnight accommodations for two more people.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
