Overall the house was good, several things need updating, bed mattresses, furniture and lights. The parking is not ideal

This location is amazing. We loved view and private dock. We loved staying in willow cove. We were able to swim over to the small sand island there and dock our boat to the dock each day. The house was clean and well stocked. We would love to stay here again. However….There were a few things that definitely need to be updated. One of the rocking chairs in the living room is broken. When you tried to use it, you almost fell backwards. The mattresses in the rooms are literally horrible. We all complained about how bad they were. My husband and I slept in the main room with the fireplace and the mattress was almost broken in the middle so that it sloped down in the middle. My husband almost felt like he was rolling off most nights. The pillows were so hard and stuffed with filling that it hurt your neck and was a joke to sleep on. The cleaning crew was still there when we showed up at 4pm and made us wait outside. My daughter had to go to the bathroom really bad so I asked if we could use the bathroom. They got out quick but left cleaning wipes in the living room. I feel like for the 15,000 we spent to stay here, the house needs to be updated with the items I’ve mentioned above. I think it would do them justice to go buy some mattresses from Costco so that their guests can sleep better and pillows that are actually for sleeping and just for looks. We really loved the space overall but it does need updates, especially for the price.
