We are a husband-and-wife hosting team rooted in care — literally! I’m a Nurse Practitioner and my wife is an RN. Because we both work in the medical field, attention to detail, cleanliness, and hospitality come naturally to us. We treat every guest like family, and that shows in everything we do.

We absolutely love this neighborhood, and we think you will too! One of the best parts about our location is that there’s a beautiful park just a 2-minute walk away — perfect for morning walks, evening strolls, or letting the kids play and enjoy the outdoors.

The area is known for being very clean, calm, and peaceful, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. It’s a nice, friendly neighborhood that feels comfortable and welcoming — great for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind.

You’ll also find everyday conveniences just a short drive away. Within 3–5 minutes by car, you can easily reach grocery shopping like WinCo Foods and Costco Wholesale — perfect for stocking up on food and essentials — along with pharmacies and other stores. There are plenty of other grocery options nearby too, including Trader Joe’s, Smart & Final Extra!, Vallarta Supermarkets, and more for everyday needs.
