Was supposed to be sent the checkin information at noon on day of checkin. Nothing at 1:30pm, so messaged host a couple of times and waited for about an hour without any response. Had to call VRBO, who initially also couldn't reach host. While waiting for supervisor (30 min later), host finally responded with instructions. So I think they forgot to send and it's a manual process. Did receive a 'making sure you're ok' and check out instructions on time.House was clean except for incredibly grimy floors. Talking about black feet and blackened socks with sticky feeling with each step.Appliances, pots, dishware were good.House could use a fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs (broken towel bar was annoying).Very spacious. Could use a large rug in the living room.We found all the towels in the dryer. And had to fold and distribute ourselves. Large stain on one of the sheets. Beds were comfortable. Pillows in good shape. The daybeds in the living room had several large stains on their fabric.No extra trash bags available (just had the one in use). 1/8 roll of paper towels was there. Plenty of toilet paper. One hair dryer available. Don't expect anything extra (coffee, ketchup, laundry detergent, bar soap, etc.)Only two of the 4 igniters for the gas stove work.
