I have rented many VRBOs and I will say this stay was Outstanding. The communication, cleanliness of the property, amenities provided, and location was Top Notch. The outdoor space has a bar area, outdoor barbecue grill, plenty of seating, well maintained, and there is a nice pool for those who like to swim. Inside there are two nice seating (living areas), large dining room table, bar seating, and a very nice kitchen for preparing meals which has everything you need. I cannot say enough about our short stay at this VRBO and if we are ever visiting the area again, I will be looking this place up.Thank you again

This was a wonderful home to stay at. We have been in a lot of vrbo rentals due to my daughter's bowling tournaments all over and I would have to say that this home was top 3 houses that I would stay at again. The amenities were the most I've seen in a rental home. They had band aids, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, lotion, mouth wash, and ssooo much more! The kitchen had coffee and all the plates and cups needed and if you're a family that cooks while you're at a rental home this is the place to be. It has all the pots pans and utensils you could ask for and a HUGE grill outside. The only thing I would say is I wish it wasn't as cold as it was so we could have used the pool more than Putting our feet in. The host was very quick to respond and was very pleasant to communicate with. The PlayStation and wii didn't get used either but that's also nice to have if you have younger kids or teenagers with you. DEFINITELY going to use again next time we need a home in Phoenix.
