IN THE UNIT:

This recently renovated (April 2025) haven is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple seeking a serene escape in the heart of Honolulu. With a fresh and modern touch, our studio boasts a *comfortable queen-sized bed with bunk beds* adorned with crisp cotton linens for a heavenly slumber. Cozy up with your partner or spread out on the *bunk bed* that`s perfect for one extra guest. Each sleeping space comes with a dedicated *bedside light with charging ports* to keep your devices juiced and a *Smart TV* to unwind with your favorite shows.

Our studio is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Waikiki, just steps away from the beach and all the excitement of Honolulu. But if you`re looking to chill at `home`, we`ve got you covered with *free high-speed WiFi* throughout the apartment and building, ensuring you stay connected to the world outside your tropical oasis.

KITCHEN AREA:
The *fully-equipped kitchenette* is a dream for quick bites and light meals. It`s stocked with a fridge, cooktop, and all the essentials, like a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and k-cupp coffee. Whether you`re cooking up a storm or simply enjoying a cup of coffee, you`ll find everything you need. Plus, don`t forget to sip on some complimentary K-cupp coffee while you plan your day.

BATHROOM:
The *sparkling clean bathroom* is a tranquil retreat, featuring a walk-in shower, vanity mirror, and a set of towels for each guest. Freshen up with our provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

PATIO:
Step out onto the *spacious patio* to soak in the gorgeous views of the Ala Wai Canal and the vibrant Waikiki skyline. Relax in the provided patio seating and enjoy alfresco dining at the dining set. BEACH ESSENTIALS:
For your beach adventures, we offer *beach essentials* like an umbrella, chairs, and towels. No need to lug heavy gear around when you`re just looking to soak up some sun!

PARKING DETAILS:
Parking is available in the *Island Colony parking garage* for a fee of $45/day (rates subject to change), payable directly to the ProPark attendant.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. This insurance safeguards your investment and helps mitigate any unexpected expenses that may arise.

***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.

-Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure-

As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.

Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.
