At the beginning of Waikiki, the tourist center of Honolulu. Our charming studio in Waikiki is a breezy unit in Hawaiian Monarch building.

Enjoy breathtaking corner unit with Ocean View. Hotel quality sheets, pillows, and air conditioning await you.

Excellent location right across from the convention center, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana mall. Dine, swim, surf, and shop all within walking distance.

Fully renovated in July, 2022. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guaranteed, and early requested needed. Please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status. Luggage drop-off service is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate is subject to change and please confirm with security)

Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave both keys in the unit on the table)

Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $50 (Cash Only). Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

We want you to have the best experience and are happy to assist if you need anything!

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

**For the added safety of all our guests and to ensure the security of our property, we might kindly ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID after your reservation has been confirmed. This step helps us to maintain a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.

**We would like to kindly inform you that this building conducts routine pest control services every 2nd Tuesday of the month to uphold their commitment to a pest-free environment. During these visits, a uniformed pest control technician, accompanied by one of the housekeeping employees, will visit each unit. Your cooperation and awareness of this scheduled pest control visit are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable living environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.

If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to the management for further action. For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

Please note that water and power interruptions may occasionally occur due to building management's maintenance or operational activities, which are standard in most hospitality businesses. These activities are initiated and controlled solely by the building management and are beyond the host’s scope of responsibility. Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. Parcels may be delivered either to the mailbox or held at the security office. However, as we are privately managed, we cannot guarantee secure handling. We suggest shipping your package to the nearest parcel station for reliable pickup. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
