Our experience with this booking was frustrating and confusing from the start. My sister had been communicating with the host back and forth, and when she was ready to book, they suddenly said the apartment was no longer available, even though they had just been messaging her minutes earlier. A few hours later, I checked through my own account and saw the listing was still available, so I booked it and they accepted.Then, two days later, they sent a message saying they would need to cancel because of permit issues. What made things worse was the poor communication and conflicting information. Through email, they were still sending instructions and acting as if the stay was moving forward, while on the app they were saying something completely different.Overall, the process felt disorganized, misleading, and stressful. I would not recommend booking here based on our experience.
