Located on a very special legacy estate property on Lake Steilacoom in Lakewood, WA. Nearly an acre property of pristine, natural surroundings. Developed originally in 1911 and the main house built in 1920, this estate oozes charm and history. 100 ft of waterfront with vintage bulkhead, original boat house, dock and cabana with a myriad of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out and never have to leave. Kayak your heart out while taking spectacular photos of Mount Rainer, swim, fish, paddle or boat (not included) or just sit back and watch the ever changing sky and lakescapes. Centrally located and just 10 minutes to Puget Sound, 15 minutes to the home of the 2015 US Open Chambers Golf Course and waterfront park, 25 minutes to fabulous restaurants in Olympia and Tacoma. 10 minutes to freeway. Just 1.5 hours to Mt Rainier, 30 minutes to Gig Harbor. 25 minutes to Puyallup.
