フロアプランは自然光が豊富で、海辺の近くに明るく日当たりの良いコテージがあります。

Amazing Birthday Weekend

The house was perfect for our family get away to celebrate my 60th. The house was roomy and comfortable, and is in a great location. If I could give Madeline more stars I would, her communication was awesome from start to finish.

1st Time Siesta Key Vacation

Very spacious, great patio with BBQ grill and Spa Pool. We were close to Kayla, beach, sunset cruise and many many restaurants and we took advantage of all Great long weekend

Perfect Experience

The property was everything we expected and more. This is one of the better VRBOs we've stayed at in Sarasota. Everything you need is within walking distance, especially the beach. We are already looking for dates next year when we can book this property again. The manager is responsive and easy to work with.

Great location

Owner made everything so easy…from reservation to check out. Location was perfect…quiet street just seconds to the beach. Cottage was the perfect size and included many amenities! I’m sorry we weren’t staying longer!

So fun and fabulous

We loved everything about staying here!! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and so bright and cheerful. The beds were comfortable. The backyard is great, and we really enjoyed using the spool to cool off after a long day at the beach. It was also really close to the beach, and this made it easy to walk back to the house to make sandwiches and get cold drinks before returning to the beach. The dining room table is perfect for jigsaw puzzles, and there are puzzles and board games provided. We hope to be back some day!

Perfect family gathering spot

We texted the house to enjoy the beach while attending a wedding in Sarasota. Easy commute, all the comforts of home, and well-equipped to enjoy the beach easily. Enjoyed by adults and kids alike, young and old!

Great location!land host!

The property was super close to the public access beach and close to Siesta Key and local restaurants, etc. The house was as described and very comfortable. Everything you could need was available. The host was very communicative with an AC problem and had a company here upon our check in, and even followed up the next day to see how it was. The back yard was nice, with a small pool to relax in after a beach day. Having a fenced in, private yard is important to us due to our fur baby. It was a quiet area as well. We really liked the area and would rent again!

Perfect Cottage

This is the perfect cottage for your visit to Siesta Key! The location is great. You can walk to the beach (even with kiddos). Madeline is so kind and helpful and her house has everything you could possibly need including beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, toys.

Family celebration of 4 generations

House was perfectly set-up with everything we needed for our 4 generation birthday party - and days at the beach. Private backyard was a dream. House is colorful and nicely decorated but not too precious for everyone to relax. Host was very accommodating when we had questions. A truly lovely vacation!

Relaxing Family Time in Siesta Key

Our time at your cottage in Siesta Key was so very relaxing whether sitting on the beach or chilling at the cottage. Resting in the shade on the outdoor couch or under the umbrellas at the beach were favorites of ours. Burgers on the outdoor grill, breakfasts on the lanai and evenings in the spool were also high on our lists. Our communication with the owner was excellent and our weather was beautiful!!

Super Property with a Super Host

The home is very spacious and comes equipped with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. We brought our pup and he loved the spacious fully fenced in patio. The home inside was clean and it was very comfortable for our family of 7 to stay. The walk to the beach is just down the street. The host was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. 10/10 all around.

Fun place!

This cottage was perfect for our family with four children under the ages of 9. We spent our days at the beach, just a short walk from the door. We found it easiest to walk home for lunch, eat outdoors, and enjoy the mini pool. Then we ventured back to the beach. We chose to cook most of our meals and found everything we needed. We did enjoy captain Kurt's clam chowder! Thank you for letting us enjoy your cottage.

Great accomodations

Madeline has everything you need at her house for a great beach vacation. Spacious, clean, with a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Awesome private back yard with a screened lanai, jacuzzi, and bbq grill pit including refrigerator. She even provides shampoo next to the outdoor solar-heated shower after returning from the beach. You will not be disappointed, but do yourself a favor, and reserve one day more than you think you need, because you simply won't want to leave!

Fantastic New Years and Birthday Celebration

Madeline is very friendly, prompt, and supportive! We had a minor issue but she quickly helped us to resolve it! The property is awesome in a great location near the beach and there were plenty of toys to keep us busy! We celebrated my birthday by grilling on the barbeque outside and than relaxed in the jacuzzi. Very satisfied with everything...definitely worth checking out!!

Perfect Location, Wonderful House and Owner

This was my first experience with VRBO and I do believe I am now spoiled - I can't imagine any other rental exceeding my expectations as this one did. It is a perfect beach house with an incredible backyard and outdoor kitchen. We had perfect weather and for Pennsylvanians to be able to eat breakfast on the outdoor lanai is a real treat! It is a short distance to the beach, which is gorgeous, and about 3.5 miles to Siesta Key Village. Easy to get there walking on the beach or by the local "tips only" cab service if you don't want to drive. Just a few blocks away is a small shopping area that has some restaurants, drug store, deli, small grocery store, etc. This is so convenient for those little things you need to get and for take-out dinners if you don't feel like cooking. The house is stocked with everything you need for cooking, bedding, and towels, etc. - all of which are in great condition. The beach items are easily accessible and complete. Finding water in the frig, coffee and a bottle of wine on our arrival was an unexpected treat. Madeline is a wonderful owner - very responsive to questions and to resolving any issues. We can't wait to return.

Charming cottage right by the beach!!

We loved our stay at this charming cottage during spring break. It is pretty much exactly as pictured on Vrbo! We had two adults and four teenagers. It was great because they could walk to the beach on their own and catch the trolley or the other free rides to head into town. The location is a charming neighborhood of cottages. Nice change from all the high-rise gated community condos on the beach. The backyard area is fabulous. The home is well stocked with necessities so we did not need to spend money on the basics like garbage bags, salt, pepper, spices, etc. Madeline the host is incredibly responsive and hospitable! There is everything you need for the beach as well. Towels, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers and two cruiser bicycles! “The Village” area is about 3 miles away so not really walkable from this location, but with all the free transport not a big deal. You can walk to several shops, ice cream and coffee shops and restaurants from here so we enjoyed that. The beach is wonderful. Very crowded during spring break so probably would be even nicer with less people. We really enjoyed our stay and Madeline is a great host. She is the owner, so you are not dealing with a property management company. I highly recommend this homey cottage!

Great for family time

Quiet neighborhood, the house has great location to the beach and entertaining patio. Downtown Siesta Key is easily accessible by car, trolley or local Johnny drivers. I would book again for a relaxed getaway.

Fabulous getaway

We stayed for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. The house is very spacious and the outside area is spacious as well. Lots of extra's included for a nice beach stay and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect Cottage

Madeline's cottage is the perfect place for a visit to Siesta Key. Walking distance to the beach (even with kiddos). Madeline is so kind and helpful and the cottage has everything you need, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. This was our second stay and we've already booked our next stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in the door. The backyard was perfect for our fur baby and we loved the spool and fire pit. Even had a few bunnies running around here and there. It has a shed in the back that is loaded with tons of beach gear. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off after hanging at the beach all day. The house was also perfect. I have never stayed in a place that has been so well stocked and clean! I could go on and on about this rental. I am already looking forward to staying here again...real soon!!! Thanks Madeline for being such a great hostess and sharing your home with us. You are so awesome!

As a Sarasota resident of 30 years I have always loved Siesta Key. The area is the perfect relaxation spot. I purchased this completely renovated house a few years ago as a weekend retreat without the travel; it's 40 minutes from my home. I have thoroughly enjoyed decorating it with all new furnishings that fit perfectly with the relaxed island feeling this cottage radiates.

I looked at many properties for my own vacation home ownership but found the true gem in my own back yard, just a few steps from the beautiful beach with adequate parking; never having to jostle for a parking spot again at the public beach was a huge selling point for me. As an added benefit, the backyard is its own private oasis. I added a custom built outdoor kitchen and bar so that I could relax with friends and enjoy wonderful family get-togethers. I know that you will love this cottage as much as my family and I do.
