The location literally can't be beat, with the apartment a short walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. It's also close to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife.
The Space:
I've used my years of experience as a superhost and designer to set up this unique flat so that it includes all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer.
A couple of friendly but important notes about my flat:
1) Because my flat is located in a 100+ year-old urban building on the ground floor, you may occasionally find an errant cobweb or two, in spite of my hardworking staff's best efforts. They clean the flat several times a week but you may still see the work of an enterprising critter pop up during your stay.
2) Please also note that because the building is vintage, you will hear some noise from my neighbors and occasionally from passersby. Also, the building entrance is located next to the apartment door, so there will be some noise when my neighbors enter and exit the building.
⚪ LOCATION ⚪
Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Because of my flat's central location, I strongly recommend leaving your car at home. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber.

⚪ EXCLUSIVE PERKS ⚪
During your stay as my guest, you receive a free membership to The Metropolitan, a members-only club and co-working space located on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower (for reservations <14 days only).
The Metropolitan features upscale co-working space, dining, and bars, all with stunning views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. Message me for more details!
⚪ PARKING ⚪
Parking isn't included and the streets around my flat are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. When parking, be sure to check all signs nearby because it's easy to get a ticket when parking rules are broken. For the easiest parking, I highly recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.
⚪ CHECK-OUT ⚪
Unlike some other hosts, I won't ask you to wash the sheets, take out the trash, mow the lawn, or scrub anything. Checkout is at 11 AM.
Guest Access:
The entire flat is yours to use during your stay. The building's laundry room is just outside of the back door and your building key will open it.
